Just north of Geraldton between the coast and the Moresby Ranges
a new rural community has been born at Parkfalls Country
Estate.
The country estate atmosphere is gained with one to three hectare
blocks that capture the open space vistas of the ranges and sweeping
views out over the ocean and city which provides the right environment for
sensational sunsets at the end of each day with the landscape catching
the changing colours.
Parkfalls Country Estate has been planned to provide residents
with a very comfortable rural lifestyle which includes city comforts
like underground power, scheme water and telephones, whilst providing
a number of bridle trails and areas for residents who want to explore
Parkfalls by horseback.
In designing the community features at Parkfalls the developers
had key objectives to include in the country estate.
Parkfall’s Chairman Ian Wheatland said "Our main aims were to
provide a quality rural community address for our future residents,
to provide them with a choice of lifestyle options being close to
the beach, yet set in rural surroundings and to provide opportunities
for horse owners with bridle trails and walks."
With some winter streams, open space pockets, nature reserves and
only minutes to the beach Park Falls Country Estate provides many
tranquil locations for people to walk, discover and enjoy close
to nature.
"Our plans for the future provide for the establishment of an Equestrian
Park .
We have an area set aside for someone to develop a private Equestrian
Centre at the Estate, we would hope that this Centre would cater
to the needs of horse owners provide areas and activities for horse
owners of all ages to learn, train and stage events. The complex
we would hope will also include an area where people can stable
their horses." said Wheatland "We are building a rural community
and it is important that we cater to the needs of our residents."
Ray White Geraldton are the exclusive selling agents for Park Falls
County Estate.
Wheatland added " This is a quality estate and a future community
for the region, we want to provide our residents with a prestige
address that will attract quality homes and maintain a high level
of property value. Our marketing aim at a very solid market we don’t
want people living in sheds, we want our residents to maintain a
high standard and still enjoy a very affordable, comfortable rural
lifestyle. |
